    Tastes pretty great for a lower carb spaghetti

    This tastes really good for a lower carb option and it’s also a really good price too. It really does need to be cooked for as long as it says on the package, and once you mix it with your sauce it really tastes like you’re eating regular pasta.

    Spaghetti night last week was a big success thanks to your product. I had friends over for dinner, as we sat down to eat my friends wife was reluctant to put spaghetti on her plate. She informed us that see recently was told that she is diabetic. I told her so am I, and this in not regular pasta spaghetti. She tried some, checked her sugars and could not believe it did not spike her sugars. I gave her your product name.

    Finally Pasta for Diabetics

    I love this spaghetti. Being severely diabetic I had given up on ever being able to eat spaghetii again. This changes everything, I can eat a generous helping of these noodles with hardly a burble in my blood sugar levels. I was skeptical, they have done it. I like them buttered with herbs before applying the red gravy with ground beer. This is changing everything for me. I love it.

    Good price for a great product

    So happy we tried this.

    My wife and I have been dieting since the beginning of 2026. We gave up a lot of our favorite foods, including pasta. We gave Carbe Diem a try not getting our hopers up. Not only was it great tasting we continued to drop the pounds. We are now eating Carbe Diem on a regular basis. As a meal or as a side dish. We are both down 40 pounds now and enjoying our new found pasta. We have it at least 2x a week. We have tried all the different ones too, spaghetti, angel hair, penne, spirals and especially the orzo as our soup noodles. Soup is a big part of our diet as well. Extremely happy with this product.

    Good but not perfect

    I find the spaghetti thinner than traditional spaghetti, more like a spaghettini, and it requires much longer cooking time to get the grittiness out of it. I do like it, but I do not love it. And I still say I wish you had a linguine which is my go to. The fettuccine is good, but it’s way thicker than I want for certain meals since I usually make a seafood sauce and linguine is the perfect one for that.
