I enjoy the flavor of this multi vitamin. I need to remain consistent in taking it to ensure its working efficiently for me, but I enjoy taking it. I will say make sure you eat this with food in your stomach because the zinc in it will cause nausea. I will say that this multi is beneficial for beginners as well as experts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this so bad, unfortunately I don't. It doesn't taste very good at all, I have to plug my nose and gulp it down. Being ADHD, having to keep it in the fridge is also a downside, as that is very "out of sight, out of mind" so I have trouble taking it consistently for that reason too. I got this for free in exchange for a review and I will not be buying it. I heard there is also a berry flavor, that sounds like it could be more appealing

Best tasting liquid multivitamin I've ever tried. good nutrient profile, vegan, easy to dose (I just do 2/3 of a shot glass to be about two tbsp). I don't dread taking my vitamins anymore. Really a great product for anyone.

We give it after dinner so there is no risk of having an upset stomach from not eating. I love that it is all natural and whole ingredients. A lot of other stuff out there does not have the best ingredients so it's big for us when choosing vitamins. I wish it was shelf stable and didn't have to he refrigerated as it is a larger bottle so fitting it can cause an issue at times. The taste is okay. We don't love it and don't hate it. If you drink something right after it takes the taste out of your mouth. The consistency is fine. The liquid is easy to take and use. I have a little measuring thing for my children similar to when I give them medicine so it makes measuring out the amount easy to do and easy for them to take. This isn't something that is easily portable if you went on a vacation so I would make sure to have a back up while traveling. Overall, it has been helping and my kids haven't been sick or had issues since starting!

Flavor was prett good (berry) and overall good vitamins! I like the liquid form.

Synthetic form of Vitamin C & B12. I’m not a pro but aware of these 2. My stomach feels weird & heavy after taking this. Methylcobalamin is a better version of B12 than cyanocobalamin.
