I enjoyed this! My husband doesn’t like zucchini, but he ate this with few complaints. It definitely isn’t for everyone, but if you enjoy zucchini’s and pesto, I recommend giving this a try.

So Disappointing
I make lunch for my mom and toddler most days of the week and we have lately enjoyed a lot of options from the Kevin's brand. Unfortunately, the pesto chicken pasta was so bad we didn't finish it. It was so bland and everything had the same texture. We tried adding our own seasonings and croutons for crunch, but it ultimately ended up in the trash.

Made this meal for dinner last nite & my husband & I really liked it. Thought it had very good flavor. I added some chicken stock vs water and a little more pesto, but I almost always add extra seasonings to premade meals. I thought the pieces of chicken were quite large, but also a little chewy. We have enough leftovers to have at least 1 more dinner. At this time, I do plan to buy this again.

Healthy & Convenient, Taste Falls Short
As a longtime fan of Kevin’s meals, I was excited to try this one—despite the steep $15 price tag. It delivered on convenience: quick and easy to prepare, which is always a win. But the flavor had an odd undertone, almost smoky or burnt, though it wasn’t from how I cooked it. I suspect the pesto leans heavily on basil to cut back on olive oil, which might explain the imbalance. Overall, it wasn’t horribly, but it didn’t live up to my expectations. I probably won’t repurchase this particular meal.
