Purchased 2 of these storage ottomans. They look like custom pieces with the trim!! Great quality! Good size as well! These are a steal at this price! Did I mention the lids come off and you can store things in them?!

One screw was missing upon purchase so I called to receive a replacement part. I was told that no replacements were available. Then, the service representative told me I could replace it for a new product at any Target store—the problem is the product is unavailable or out of stock everywhere. I called again and they said to bring it back for refund. I want to keep the item but because of one screw, I am having to return it altogether. This is not ideal at all and the service representatives seem to have no other solution for me.

This ottoman is good quality at a bargain price, so I got two! The only issue I had is with the "feet" that go on the underside of the lid. One lid was put together, but the other had 4 pieces that had fallen into the storage part that I had to install. A small Phillips screwdriver worked. That said, if you have difficulty fitting the screws in the pre-drilled holes, suggest "drilling" your own hole near the pre-drilled hole with the screw. Otherwise am very satisfied.
