The item arrived shattered! Whoever packed this item did not bother to add any protection around it to avoid the item from breaking. Yet, I ordered laundry scent boosters and they added padding all around for an item that can’t break! 🤦🏻♀️ If you’re going to buy this item. Buy it in the store and not online. They clearly do not know how to pack items for delivery.

Cracked upon arrival
Mine was broken upon arrival. They had it wrapped with paper and in a box with more paper. I unraveled all the paper to find my utensil crock was cracked. Extremely disappointed they don’t have better measures for shipping glass/ceramic items. Such a shame, it was super cute. Will be returning this asap.
