McFarlane Toys DC Direct Batman The Animated Series 6" Wave 5 Killer Croc Figure

I ordered this day one. It was delayed 4 times! And then cancelled with no explanation. This is horrible service. It doesn'y pay to be a Redcard member as it gets you NOTHING. Just cancelled orders over and over. If you can't fulfill the items you put up for order, then you shouldn't be putting them up at all. Hopefully you will go out of business.

I was unable to add another portion to the review of the Gray Ghost figure, so I'll use this figure instead. I did recieve Killer Croc, Ra's Al Ghul and Batman. I pre ordered this whole wave during their "Geek Week" in June. After multiple delays I recieved the figures late August. In regards to the Gray Ghost, I was sent seven emails asking to confirm if I still wanted it, of course I do, that is why I ordered it. Then almost three months after the order, Target decides to cancel it. If you make a pre order that sells out, that means you should have the product produced to fill those pre orders, otherwise why make that limitation. This is nothing more than FALSE ADVERTISING! I blame Mcfarlane just as much as Target. If you are going to make an exclusive and offer a limited pre-order, it is your responsibility to make sure you can deliver. I could care less if I'm charged for the item or not, that is beside the point. Then the audacity to cancel the order after all the "do you still want it, dummy" confirmations is a joke. I understand that these are toys and in the grand scheme are a want, not a need and are insignificant compared to most things, but where does it stop? Mcfarlane has lost this license to Mattel, and you can't help but wonder if things like this may have caused that. I refuse to fight and scurry around for these people in the hopes that the light may be shown upon me and be graced with their overpriced reproductions of figures that were made 10 years ago. No longer will I lay my hard earned money down to the charlatans of the red bullseye. Oh and those figures from 10 years ago were without the ridiculous cell shading that makes most of these figures look ridiculous.
