Good product bad case
Bought a pair, put them on my keys, case opened somehow and lost that set. I figured it was a design flaw, so I got a second pair, same thing. Love the product, the case just stinks :/

Shipping issues
Ear plugs are nice and do what I need for piping. Can hear the sound clearly and still protect my ears

Mixed advertisement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the switch 2 because it was advertised as having three in one. The engage, the experience, and the quiet. Since I had been debating between engage and experience, I decided this might be the best option. Turns out, it is not the engage and experience levels that come with the actual engage loops and experience loops. The individual engage and experience loops filter 16 and 17 decibels. The switch 2 engage filters 20, and experience filters 21 decibels. This should be called something completely different. I reached out to loops (via chatbot because they don't have another option). Eventually, after multiple run around with the Bot and two emails (which the bot sent, as I couldn't get the email), it was basically just. Well. It's not the same and we aren't changing anything. To add to this, all three of the modes, while they dulled the TV sounds, it actually amplified noises like crinkling, chip bags, etc. because of this, I sent them back for a full refund, as it says. They charged me 4. 95$ to return. . . Except they didn't say it was in USD, so I was charged closer to 8$. So overall. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service, the product, and their "free returns".

Doesn't really work for me
I feel like it doesn't work well for either. Like. . blocks out too much noise so I cant wearing them while having a conversation. Or doesn't block off enough noise so I can hear everything happening down the hall.

So good!
These work so amazing. The differnt modes are only slight, but make an impact. I got them to wear at church and in social setting because I get overwhelmed easily. It drowned out all the small "extra" noises while still allowing me to hear what was happening around me.

Bought them to help with
Bought them to help with a concussion. Fit very well! My only complaint would be the case. It opens a little to easy, something to hold it securely shut would be great.

Get ready to replace them over and over
The case is the absolute worst. My husband likes the functionality of loops but has now lost 3 pairs due to the case opening. Until they figure out how to create a better case, we are looking for other options.

They dont work
They don’t work. They hurt my ears & the different settings are all the same. You really can’t hear anything even when talking to someone right next to you.

Difficult to Turn
Nice concept but falls short. The tri-option earplugs are difficult to turn to the different settings once they’re in your ear.

PLEASE make a better case!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my fiance these loops and he’s lost them because of the case opening on its own. I’ve nearly lost mine the same way several times, and there are Reddit posts going back three years with the same complaint. These work great but they’re way too expensive to have to keep buying just because the company won’t make a more secure case.

Happily upgraded
I bought these as an upgrade from my previous set. I do notice a difference when having dinner in a noisy restaurant with friends. I can actually carry on a conversation! The only thing that is disappointing is that the strap to hold them is black and not the same pretty gold collar as the ear plugs.

Waste of money.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ridiculous how they do the same thing as $1 ear plugs. 3 diffrent settings, muffled, more muffled, plugged.

I like them. They’re good.
It’s pretty good. Most useful for very loud environments, where it helps me not get overstimulated or very anxious. I also use them for sleep sometimes but I can still hear noise even on the quietest setting so I end up wearing noise canceling headphones instead. Only thing is that I have to take them out to change settings but they’re pretty easy to put in so I don’t mind too much. Also I clean them with Lysol wipes occasionally, not sure if that’s okay but so far it still works…

Poor Support for A Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My loop fell out of the case while I was grocery shopping. I emailed support, given the warranty. They stated couldn’t replace it as it doesn’t cover loss, and offered a 20% off coupon code. $60 is a lot for earplugs. I recognize it’s user error, but you would think that within the time frame, there would be more support. My fiancé had me return the pair I got him, even before I lost mine. Regarding the quality, it was uncomfortable despite the XS silicon ear tip and hurt during prolonged wear. I found myself taking them out more frequently. I also did not see much of a difference between the levels. I wish I had ordered the experience, as that may have been a better fit for my needs. I'm frustrated at myself for buying the Switches!

Perfect but not for sleep
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a side sleeper and there's no way I can use them for sleep without having maybe a doughnut pillow or travel pillow on whatever side I'm laying on. For the grocery store they completely resolve every sensory issue I have! That's the only reason for the lack of a star

Mildly Helpful
To be honest, I can't tell a significant difference between the three settings. The highest setting I expected to be much stronger, but I can still easily hear everything around me. It's a bit muffled but not as much as I was expecting. The ear tips XS-M all fit comfortably but the larger ones do provide a bit more noise reduction.

Not as expected
A friend raved about these and maybe it's because I got the switch but it dampens out too much noise at all levels so I can not hear conversations at work
