Works very well! Relaxed! Not groggy in the mornings

It doesn’t taste great, but honestly, what vitamins or meds do? I never thought I needed this—I used to just take Unisom, but it stopped working. I tried this and finally got a really restful sleep, which I haven’t had in a while. It feels strong for me, so I just take half and save the other half for the next night when I need it.

Taste isn't bad but didn't help like my out of stock magnesium.

I read a few reviews noting how bad the taste was. I didn't think it was bad at all. It was somewhat calming like other reviews noted but not as much as I was hoping for. I was taking a different magnesium prior to this one but it was out of stock which is why I purchased this one. I wasn't as impressed and I probably wouldn't purchase this one again, however this one didn't have the same types of magnesium in it.

Would recommend if you are having trouble sleeping.

The best!
