Very unpigmented
I bought this about a week ago and I absolutely do not like it. Shadows are sooo bad. so much fallout not enough pigment, and they feel bad on your skin.

I'm not sure why everyone is saying this palette has poor pigmentation, because it definitely doesn't. The brush is amazing, although I was missing the eyeliner brush. Have yet to try the primer, but I typically don't use primer.

I love this eyeshadow palette, and the brushes that come with is! This set gets used multiple times a week, and the colors have good staying power. I'm not sold on the primer, mostly because I have high expectations for eyelid primers, but that's just me being picky about its consistency.

Love this set, beautiful colors, great pigments, every day wear or special occasions. Beginners to expert I'd hope, I really like these colors and the way they apply just as much as my Tarte palette, but this was much more affordable!

Overall I think this is a great set. The palette is wonderful. It has so many amazing colors. The majority of them have great pigmentation. I love that is includes two of the brushes. They are great quality and very useful. The primer is alright. I found it a bit drying but you just have to make sure you're not using too much product. The only complaint I have is that the packaging of the primer is (for lack of a better word) cheap. The black part always pulls off and mine even cracked as I pushed it back on.

Poor pigmentation
Majority of the colors in this palette have poor pigmentation. You really have to pack a lot of it on to be able to see a difference. A primer is definitely a must. The primer included in this set smells like glue and is slightly sticky, average at best. The brushes do their job so that's a positive. Do not recommend if you are looking for a palette for long term use, however it might be okay for beginners who want something to inexpensive to play with.

Some colors have such poor pigmentation. I feel like it's not worth it to buy this because of how many work compared to how many don't. Some colors didn't apply as smoothly as some of my other E.L.F eyeshadows.

I love this palette!
I recently purchased this and I must say its way better than what I was using before! The colors are very pigmented. The eyeshadow primer that comes with the palette does a great job of making the eyeshadow last and it makes the colors pop. The eyeshadow goes on smoothly with the brushes that come with the palette also. However the eyeliner brush doesn't really do well for eyeliner, it does work well for applying shadow to the lower lash line.
