However, because facial skin is more sensitive and thinner than body skin, we recommend avoiding the eye area including the eyelids. Amazing cream with instant relief

I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews. This cream is amazing and I would highly recommend it. It helps to instantly soothe and calm any itching and irritation/inflammation. Very moisturizing and the smell is pretty neutral. It doesn't feel heavy or oily as it soaks in the skin perfectly!! 10/10

Disappointed with the reformulation

Like other reviewers, I’m extremely disappointed with the reformulation. As I’m sure many with eczema know, despite many products on the market, it’s rare to find one that actually works. Cerave’s eczema relief creamy oil was THE one product that brought me relief, and the reformulated version just doesn’t do it.

Now my favorite moisturizer from Cerave

When a company reformulates a product, you're always going to have some customers who are upset. For me, this is the product I've been waiting for from Cerave. It's way better than FAB's colloidal oatmeal moisturizer (has 1% as opposed to their 0.5%), plus ceramides and so many other beneficial ingredients. Shea butter is a savior for my skin too. And now, I can use this on my face, which is awesome. Please offer a larger tub version!

EXTREMELY disappointed with reformulation

Really very disappointed with the reformulation. The addition of Shea Butter and Dimethicone have made the product SO much harsher, especially when they've ditched the oils that made the previous version so good. It's like slathering on Vaseline with a stinging agent now. The Creamy Eczema Relief Oil was actually my holy grail for everything. In my opinion, they shouldn't make this look like the old version's packaging or give it a similar name. The ingredients are so wildly different and the effects are super irritating. It's time to move back to Aveeno I guess :/

Formula change is terrible

The formula has changed. This is not the same as cerave eczema relief creamy oil was. The consistency is greasy. They have also added shea to the ingredients, which I am allergic to. So disappointed with the change in the product!

Best Thing for my Active Eczema Flare

I’ve been dealing with a severe eczema flare. I tried so many other options. This is the only thing that seems to really help me. I like it because my skin absorbed it pretty quickly. I didn’t feel greasy once it was absorbed and it helped my skin tremendously.

Itchy Burning Hands
