I'm really surprised at the negative reviews being that most are problems that can be fixed with common sense. Great for what they are! After reading +/- reviews, I have suggestions. Patches can go anywhere. Place on mid-back (around the T9-T12 vertebra areas) & left or right of spine or top front thigh area, after a shower and before bed, or when you wont be outside/exposed to sweat. Its a patch, naturally will curl/not stick as well if using moisturizing soap or ANY lotion on skin, even if applied hours before patch. No issues getting patches off thick plastic base with tweezers, OR by bending plastic base which naturally lifts a corner of patch so it can be peeled. Personally I wear 2 patches every other day, instead of 1/day. I can tell a major difference in the way my body feels. I've been in pain management since I was a teenager, and it's rare that something over the counter makes a difference in my energy or body inflammation levels. First time use, placed patches on wrist. They fell off after a couple of hours bc wrist was sweaty from wearing a watch. I re-read directions & tried again, making sure skin was clean, dry. Free of oils/moisturizing products (even SOAP), and placed on better area of skin not exposed to water from watching hands or areas that sweat. Other areas to place patches: Shoulder or upper lateral area of arm Rib cage Top of foot if wearing sandals or barefoot Least fatty areas of body with minimal sweat

If you’re somebody that doesn’t have long natural nails, they’re pretty much impossible to get off the packaging and by the time they are off the packaging they’re already compromised. They do not stick to your skin and they are not waterproof or sweat proof. Even though I cleaned the area that I put the sticker on, you can see where it’s lifting on the corners and it was like that from the moment I put it on my skin.

These patches turn back the clock! I have been using them for several months and feel more energetic and focused. Highly recommend.

Easy to use and easy to tuck into your purse or pocket! I’ve been using these for about a week and 1/2 now. I def feel more focused & have more energy.
