Go back to the original formula!!
This is my favorite skincare brand and I’ve used it for almost ten years. Why would you change the formula of a cult classic? Please bring back the original formula. I hope someone from your team is reading these reviews and will address this issue. Sadly, I’ll be making a switch to a different brand.

Bring back Pure skin face cleanser
If they don’t bring back the original pure skin face cleanser I might cry. This is horrible. I am all for making new products but to get rid of a staple? I can see a lot of people changing companies. I know I’ll have to because the new ultra repair cream to foam cleanser destroys my skin barrier. I just am praying they didn’t change the original oat toner or face and body cream. Not the same as the original
PLEASE bring back the original Pure Face Cleanser! I have used it for years! This no formula makes my skin break out and feels so dry. The original product was literally the only face cleanse my skin could handle.

Cheap pump
I bought 2 bottles and the pump didn't work on either one of the bottles. Ended up wasting half of it because I had to dump it into my hand and always dumped way too much.

Easy to use, non-stripping, gentle cleanser.
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] My honest review is this is a great cleanser for sensitive skin. I have tried several different new cleansers over the past six months and this is the best one by far. It's gentle but effective and most importantly does not make my skin feel stripped or tight and does not cause any kind of a negative reaction from my reactive/sensitive skin. Love it!

Will no longer purchase
Why would you change the formula for a product that already worked so well? I have been using this cleanser for over 6 years, and will no longer buy it due to the new formula making my skin dry and irritated. Please bring back the old formula.

I like the old tube better
I could not get the pump to work. I have to take top off everytime. The previous tube was much better for me. Even the contents seemed better. Very disappointing. Will be reluckingly changed my fcislsoap because of this.

Back on the Hunt
Unfortunately, my skin is not adapting well to the recent formula update. To preface, i have acne-prone, oily skin. The previous, pure-skin, formula was 1 of 2 cleansers I've tried that kept my acne at bay. The current formula is "ok". It doesn't burn my skin, but the performance isnt the same for me. I've tried to use it for a few weeks to give my skin time to adjust, but my pimples are back with a slight vengeance. Back on the search for a cleanser that will work for me

AWFUL REFORMULATION!!! Bring back the original!
Terrible reformulation! It burns my face and makes my skin tight and red. I used the original for so many years with zero issues. Please refer back to original formula. FAB has been responding to reviews that highlight the difficulties with the new formula by saying that they’ve “thoughtfully streamlined the ingredients…with performance that is the same as the original formula…”. That is a bold faced lie. This new formula is very irritating and unusable.

Definitely enjoying using this face cleanser in my daily skincare routine. It gentle and non stripping, doesn't dry out my skin and does the job cleaning it from sebum and makeup. It's been my go to lately.
