The Best E-Scooter
I love that this e-scooter runs on the same batteries as my stick vac — it makes charging and swapping batteries so convenient! The smooth suspension and solid features make every ride feel premium.

Needs better set up instruction for Bluetooth
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this recently and was happy with the size. I read through the material and the instructions said to pair the Bluetooth before use. Well searching online and searching the user manual there are no instructions on how to turn the Bluetooth on, on the device. There is only a power button, and a light button on the handle and everything says push the Bluetooth button to turn it on. After 30 minutes of removing the battery and holding the two buttons in random combo's I got tired of trying and just wanted to see what it could do. The mode transfer from slowest to highest is very easy, just through button presses on the power button. On lowest mode, weighing 220 lbs. it got up to 9mph. I put it right up to the max setting after a few seconds and it shot right up to 18mph like nothing. This thing can definitely go as fast as it says it does. I rode it very briefly, about 1 mile. I took the battery out and checked it, and they were down to 70%. The listed number of miles being 10 on a charge might be a stretch, unless there you are expected to walk along with it for 7 of it. I do like the feature of having 2 backup battery slots. This I can already see as a benefit as you can switch out and keep going without having to wait for a recharge and the batteries are right there. There really needs to be some more resources available on how to get that Bluetooth turned on. The material given takes you to the greenworks tools app, but the app does not have any resources for it. Speed = Great Battery = Questionable Assembly = Detailed and easy Set up Instructions for the app= Incomplete

Hello Fennick, We are sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced while trying to connect your scooter to Bluetooth. Please ensure that the app setup is completed before your first ride by following these steps: Download the SMARTg Home app on your mobile device. Register an account in the SMARTg Home app. Install the battery and make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on. Note: Bluetooth must remain enabled on your device while using the app to stay connected. If you continue to experience issues, feel free to reach out to us on Chat (www.greenworkstools.com) or call Greenworks Pro toll-free helpline on 1-855-345-3934. We are happy to help!
