Quality cheese
This is one of my favorite shredded cheese brands. It’s quality ingredients, the cheese melts well and you don’t feel like you need to “rinse” to get it to do so. The shreds are larger than off brand and the resealable bag is a plus.

Most shredded cheeses are treated with chemicals so they will last longer. Tillamook is not—so it melts so much better! If I don’t want to shred my own, I will get Tillamook. It’s more expensive but absolutely worth it. Really good flavor and just the right amount of cheese pull on a pizza.

Tillamook mozzarella is honestly so good and melts perfectly every time. It’s super creamy and doesn’t get weird or rubbery when heated. I learned that rinsing the cheese before using it actually levels up the melt and makes it even smoother. It tastes fresh and works great on pizza, grilled cheese, or pasta. I’d totally buy it again and recommend it.
