Just Twist to Close the Applicator, People!
I was very pleasantly surprised by this product. I was trying to find something to detox my scalp because it's constantly itchy, even though I don't have any flakes. It hasn't done much for the itching (yet), but my hair is definitely softer and it feels like my leave in absorbed much better after this wash. I'm Black and I have kinky/coily hair (type 4 if you're into hair typing). I'm only adding that because it's important to know if a product only works well on certain hair types. For the people who are complaining about the bottle leaking, you have to twist the applicator tip to close it! It's the same way you would open and close a container of body powder. If you don't twist it closed, all of the product will spill out.

Great product, horrible packaging
I bought this and have used once. I liked the way it felt and it seems like a nice product but it clearly appears you should store this product cap down but when doing so the cap filled with the product and then continued to seep out all over the counter. The packaging needs to be corrected.

ThThis is the first shampoo I’ve used in a long time that truly removes the buildup from my hair. I thought my hair had just turned sort of dry and waxy feeling, but it was just all of the products I had been trying. ThThis is inexpensive but great for my fine highlighted blonde hair.. I havenI haven’t tried the other products in this line yet.

Not easy to massage
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Neutrogena hair restore triple action scalp detox cleanser did in fact make it easier to work up a lather with my shampoo. However turning on and off the nozzle so that the product would not leak turned out to be kind of a pain. It was also not easy to use the massager at the end of the bottle to massage my head. I would prefer to buy a different brush to do that.

I think this might be a good product but it all spilled out all over in my shower BECAUSE the packaging is so poor! When turned the way the writing is facing the product all spills out THROUGH the cap.

Soap bottle leaks, wasted all my soap.
Iv bought this a little over a month ago and it made my hair soft and manageable. I did not like how the bottle leaks all over even with cap on and bottle closed. I leaked all of my soap out. Also it's really runny and watery. Prob won't buy again dye to bottle leaking out all of my soap. Waste of money.
