I use this product daily on clients. I found if you shampoo first.. it removes dryness better. Also.. this is a product you MUST condition afterwards. You just opened your whole scalp and hair. Need the conditioner to close it all.. you may end up with more issues.

I am prone to severely dry scalp, so I was particularly excited to try a detox containing tea tree oil. I can’t imagine doing my regular wash and conditioner without this step first - it both helps to clarify *and* moisturize my scalp and hair (not to mention it smells great). I’d definitely be game to try other products in this line!

But it is amazing at getting build up on your scalp and giving your hair and scalp a nice “fresh” start. My hair and scalp both felt incredible after use and I noticed a significant difference right after the first use. Highly recommend!

I used this scrub a few times over a month period. While the scrub was fun to use on my scalp in just the rinsing it dried out the length of my hair. It also seems to have flared up some very well controlled dandruff scabs that I have not dealt with in years. I think for those with very oily hair this would be a great product. Unfortunately, for me, it’s a no go.
