It provided itch relief for a dry scalp for less than 24 hours. My hair was dry after using. I had hoped for a deeply moisturizing product. The microbeads were still on my scalp after heavily rinsing and they're bad for the environment. Liked the smell and the cooling sensation but it didn't provide lasting benefit or relief and is drying

I am so disappointed in this product. I'm not sure if there's something wrong with my scalp but I was recommended this product by my hair stylist because my scalp was itchy and dry. I have never had so much hair fall out in the shower. I followed the directions but lost huge chunks of hair when rinsing this product out.

I have been using the shampoo and wanted more. I purchased this to try. Unfortunately, the directions did not read to apply to damp hair. I specifically asked the stylist about that when I purchased it and her advice was to apply to dry hair since the directions didn't mention applying to wet hair. I used way toooooo much on the first use. When I began to rinse it out, I realized (1) that I should have applied to wet hair and (2) I had used entirely too much. An update of the tube instructions would be highly recommended if it hasn't been corrected yet. I will say that the product felt incredible!

I must be allergic to one of the ingredients or something because I put it on my scalp and after a minute my scalp just began to burn. I don't have any cuts or scrapes or abrasions of any kind. I have colored my hair just the roots every single month since I was 21 and turned gray. This pulled the color out of my hair. Not completely, but it kept pulling color out. I've rinsed it four times and applied a mild soap and there's still slight burning. Love The brand and most of its products, this one just isn't for me! If you have sensitive skin, you might wanna be cautious and test a spot before putting it on your entire head!

This basically can replace the tea tree conditioner. They say apply a small amount, but with my thick hair, I need at least a little more than a quarter size. Every hair is different. I then start from the scalp and massage the treatment all over my scalp and then my hair for a good 3-5 minutes and that includes standing in there when you know your hair is fully covered letting it set in. Once the time is up you then rinse. The next day you will see the results and how super soft your hair feels. I also air dry my hair, always. Another technique to use for nights is doing everything above that I stated, BUT DO NOT RINSE! The treatment will remain on your hair all night. Just softly towel dry it but not to where more treatment comes out than water and let it air dry and or wear a hairnet before sleep. In the morning rinse it out. Your hair will also be just as healthy looking and soft. I suggest doing that technique if you have damaged or dry hair because this helps make your hair healthy again if the treatment is kept on the hair longer. THIS ALSO INCREASES HAIR GROWTH! You will over the months the more you use this notice your hair seems longer already, lol!

This product felt great on my scalp but I don't think I will ever use it again unless they remove the microbeads! First, why would you want tiny plastic beads in your hair that don't wash out? Second, they are terrible for the environment. Swing and a miss unfortunately.

If you have a dry and flaky scalp this is your product!! I only wash my hair a few times a week, I will prewash a little and then use this product and wash again.. it's AMAZING! I was so embarrassed with how dry and flaky my scalp was and this stuff truly helped me. Smells great and leaves my hair fresh and flake free!

This efficacy (never used this word before 2020) of this treatment is evident during the PNW 's moderately cold winters. Still our air is dry and combined with temperature controlled environments and hat wearing we all get some form of dry hair and sometimes and itchy scalp. The jojoba and peppermint are great for reducing the annoying scalp itch that comes on in winter. Thanks for the relief.

I have been searching for something to fix my dry hair.. Worth the money!

I have been searching for something to help my damaged hair.. Even after getting it cut a week later it would feel burnt and thick.. I never use heat products on my hair.. 8+ years. I don't find it necessary for me. I'm back to tame beautiful long hair I don't mind showing anymore. Thank you!

My niece, who is a Paul Mitchell stylist, sent me a bottle of this Tea Tree Hair and Scalp Treatment. She and her husband raved about it, and decided I should feel the same way. I DO! This product is amazing! I want to use it everyday because it feels so good and smells so good. I use it when I can tell my hair needs either a deep cleaning, or a moisture boost. I rinse my hair in the shower super good, to get out as much daily residue as possible, then apply this - probably about 3/4 pumps. I rub it deep into my scalp and down to my ends. Then I go about with the rest of my shower while this does it's job. About halfway through I run a little water back through my scalp and down my hair, rubbing the product in again. Then at the end of my shower rinse it all out. That's it. No need for conditioner. My hair feels so soft and clean and ready to start a new week! Thanks MJM!

I have tried a lot of other expensive products but this one is the best. My scalp feels so much better and is not dry. And I don't have to use it every day.

I was originally pitched this from my hairstylist and thought she was just trying to add to her commission. But after I started using the Hair and Scalp Treatment, I have noticed a massive change in how soft my hair is and how moisturized my scalp has been. I only use it once or twice a week in my routine and am shocked at the results I have gotten. The price is higher than most, but it is worth it.

I've tried every kind of treatment from all kinds of brands and this is by far the best. Only wish I had discovered it sooner! It relieves itchy, dry and/or irritated scalp, but also conditions my hair like none other! Its feels good, smells great and leaves hair feeling super soft and healthy. It works like a leave in treatment after only a few minutes.

I tend to use this once a week and love the tingly feel while it stays in my hair. My hair has been much softer and more manageable since starting to use this product.
