This is the most incredible shampoo! I love it on my long wavy silver hair! I love it also when I get my yearly body wave!! It keeps my scalp healthy and clean also. But my hair is soft and shiny too without harsh chemicals!!

Great shampoo. My daughter and wife use it now too! I’ve been using it for the last 10 years. Won’t use any other shampoo. Love the tingling feeling and fresh smell. Makes the hair look great too!!

I’m very disappointed n unsatisfied with this new version, I was very happy with your product until it changed my hair is dry n dull. I have to look for another product for my hair.

This shampoo is ok; didn’t really notice much of an extra cleaning power in it but what I DID notice was the overwhelming smell of menthol this shampoo has. And since your since of smell is so much more potent when you’re in the shower if the suds get anywhere near my nose I can practically taste the huge amount of menthol they put in this product. Some of it has even gotten in my mouth by accident which leaves an unpleasant sensation. Go get the hask tea tree shampoo cause at least that one doesn’t have this overwhelming scent of menthol in it and it’s way cheaper too

I constantly have flareups and this shampoo truly calms my scalp. The lavender and tea tree oil make a big difference

Cleans hair and gives a little tingle to the scalp.

Love this shampoo. Makes my hair soft and silky and helps with my scalp itchiness during the summer. The eucalyptus scent is strong but goes away soon after drying hair. But, be careful when shampooing, as getting it close or into your eyes causes irritation. I alternate this shampoo with another as I don’t feel I need to use it every time I wash my hair.

They changed not only the bottle but they changed the formula too. They kept the same expensive price but removed all the important ingredients and replaced it with generic crap. Don’t buy

I always get this hair shampoo

It was validating (yet disturbing) to discover others experienced the same problem with this shampoo. I started with the Lavender Mint, because I loved it when my salon used it on me. My hair started falling out, but as I was changing thyroid meds at the time, I did not associate it with the shampoo. My hair dresser recommended the anti-thinning line, so I switched to it. A month or two later started a year and a half problem with horrible acne, which I again did not associate with the shampoo. Several dermatologist visits (and a couple of biopsies) later, I'd resigned myself to the problem. I recently went on vacation to Spain and used a different shampoo, and I noticed my scalp seemed a little better. It's now been six weeks since I threw out the Paul Mitchell shampoos, and my scalp is FINALLY returning to normal! The hair loss is slowing, too (the anti-thinning never helped). I have no idea what is in this company's products, but I will not use any of it ever again. Way too scary.

Been using the shampoo in a DARK GREEN BOTTLE for 10+ years. Absolutely amazing shampoo. Then got a TRANSLUCENT OPAQUE BOTTLE WITH A LABEL. The label did not look professionally applied; the top of the label did not match levels as it was wrapped around the bottle. Most importantly. The shampoo is doing horrible damage to my scalp. I think it has to be a knock off. I found another bottle with the dark green, non-labeled version and it was great. When back to the bottle shown here and terrible results. I am really upset over this because it is by far my most favorite shampoo. I want to be guaranteed I am getting the version I love. The new shampoo is very irritating and cannot be correct! What should I do to make sure

This shampoo along with the scalp treatment have helped me to finally put an end to scalp irritation. I did not have flakey or dry skin scalp, just an almost constant irritation. Even after seeing multiple dermatologists with no resolve, my hair stylist saved me and recommended this product. I am very grateful and I highly recommend this brand.

I love the shampoo. It makes your hair squeaky clean. It feels nice and fresh while using, and a tiny bit tingly after you wash. I do wish, however, that it was more tingly when it was lathering.

I have used this product for many years and it is the best all-around shampoo I have ever used.
