This stuff is the truth. It is so moisturizing & has my curls looking so good. I hope Mielle never stops selling this stuff.

This product works so well for my daughter’s hair. She has thick coarse curly hair and this detangles it and gives her curls definition even after she showers and her hair dries. It also has a pleasant clean salon finished aroma which we love!

Amazing it’s so hard to find hydrating products

I only gave three stars due to the fact that it smells kinda weird like I know it’s aloe but it doesn’t smell great. But also it leaves my hands feeling sticky

The alcohol in it is moisturizing type good for hair not the isopropyl type that is drying

This product makes hair look dull and dry. The second ingredient is alcohol, which is never good when the goal is to moisturize. The scent is odd. After trying it and not liking it, there is no value, so it is overpriced. Definitely not something I will ever buy again.

Very nice smell and helps my hair detangle much faster

I’m not an expert in curls but I believe I have type 3c curls that this leave in conditioner works good on. My curls feel and look hydrated without weighing down my hair too much. I use the finishing oil in this same line on the lowers ends to seal in the moisture. Hair is washed about every 4 days. In between washing, I do touch up with both conditioner and oil (just not as much as on wash day). Looking forward to trying out conditioner and oil in other scents.

I have nothing really good to say right now about this hair product cause I haven’t been able to use it. I’ve been trying to reach somebody at your company since I open the box. The hair products came. They messy in the box. I’d send pictures to your company there is jars broke the lettuce broke on them. There’s stuff squeezed out of the bottles all in the box on the products so now I have nothing good to say about this product right now.

I bought this on a whim when the retailer was sold out of the peony leave in conditioner and OMG. This stuff is it. Smells heavenly. Light, Creamy texture in a spray bottle. I prefer to spray in my hand or on fingertips for just the right amount! Never discontinue this product. Thanks Mielle

The Mielle Kalahari Melon & Aloe Vera Deep Hydration Shampoo is a great first step in the journey to hydrate dry and thirsty hair. It lives up to its promise of gently cleansing and moisturizing without stripping. While I need to evaluate the entire collection to see if it delivers on the 5-day hydration claim, the shampoo has definitely made a positive first impression. Makes my hair so soft and smooth and the shine is amazing 🤩 I like that it gives so my hydration to the hair thru couple of days. The packaging is very cute and nice but I wish the spray nozzle was better made but I’m general is a very good product that I recommend for people with straight and curly hair. I tested the Mielle Kalahari Melon Leave-In Conditioner over several uses, aiming to improve moisture retention and softness for my color-treated, slightly damaged 1A hair. Here’s how it performed. This product has a sweet, fruity fragrance that’s quite strong—comparable to the intensity of Garnier haircare scents. It comes in a large squeeze tube with a plastic cap, making it easy to control the amount dispensed. The texture is a watery, lotion-like consistency—a little sticky and lacking in slip, which made application slightly challenging. It didn’t glide through the hair easily, which may be a drawback for those hoping for quick detangling. I applied the product in quarter-sized amounts to both damp and wet hair that had been partially dried. While it added a nice immediate shine, it didn’t provide any noticeable detangling benefits, which was disappointing. After application, my hair felt a bit greasy, and there was a noticeable increase in buildup after a couple of uses. I could tell it would likely reduce the number of days I could go between washes. That said, the conditioner did a decent job at frizz control and offered mild styling support—particularly helpful when air-drying. However, this effect didn’t last more than a few hours. On the plus side, I experienced no scalp irritation or sensitivity. But given the weight and buildup, this formula may be too heavy for fine or low-density hair types, especially if used regularly.
