After applying especially on damp hair curls often dry out feeling smooth, not brittle. Also Good summertime or humid-weather friend, I’m from Florida so you know how it is here it’s relatively lightweight (not heavy or greasy), it works well for layering moisture and keeping curls bouncy and defined without weighing them down. It’s easier to wear in humid climates than dense creams or heavy gels. Natural looking definition without “gel cast” or crunch If you prefer curls that move and bounce rather than being stiff, this glaze tends to deliver curls come out defined, but soft and touchable, not “hard.” Frizz-control and smoother finish: For many, it helps tame frizz and fly-aways and gives a smoother, “put-together” look. That means fewer fuzzy ends and a more polished finish after styling. I love the scent, It has a light, pleasant scent, and a little product often goes a long way so one jar tends to last a while. My hair doesn't feel sticky and I could easily wash it out or wet it and get a second hairstyle without reapplying. I'm looking forward to using this products with perm rods.

My son loves this gel for this curly/kinky curls. Forms curls with hold and no flaking up or cast. He uses with the same line of the shampoo and hydrating mask conditioner.

I was optimistic that this new product would work, but unfortunately, the curl gel did not define my 4C curls at all. I ended up using almost the entire tube, and once it dried, my hair just turned into a soft fro with no defined curls.

I should have known better this curl glaze had my hair so dry had no choice but to wash out

I used the deep hydration cream today on my curls and it did amazing. My curls were hydrated all day today with no issues!

Not great if you need a strong hold. But it left my hair with a soft hold and some definition. Not as much as I like but it delivered what it says it will…hydration and soft hold.

I applied it to my daughter's towel dried hair and immediately you could see the curls. They dried well, but by the morning, they were all gone. This would be a great addition to any morning routine, or if you planned to put your hair in a bonnet at night, but my wild child with wavy/curly hair sleeps hard on her hair.
