I was impressed with the bold flavor and the consistency of the noodles. I expected them to be soggy as they were precooked and sitting in a package but they were really nice consistency.

I didn't love that you have to microwave the noodles in plastic, but it works just fine if you take the noodles out and microwave separately in a bowl. After that you just have to mix the sauce in and that's it. The taste really comes through and is well flavored, garlicy classic stir fry udon taste. The noodles also have a good bite to them. It is a pretty small serving even though the nutrition facts says 2. Just filling enough as a small meal.
