Amazing Box Dinner/Side!
Delish and flavorful! I made a side of beef stir fry with veggies and served together. Family LOVED!! Noodles were an easy and delicious one pan dish. Comes with a great seasoning packet when cooking and a topping packet of crispy onions (and other things)Family asked to put in the permanent rotation! Organic noodles. Great shelf stable option!

Riff Sesame Ginger Noodle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! These Riff Sesame Ginger Noodles are amazing! The flavors are bold and incredible. Every time I take a bite, I want to go back for more. The instructions are super clear and ready in under 20 minutes. I absolutely love the crunchy bits to add a layer of texture to the dish. I also like that the box comes with 2.5 hefty servings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Riff sesame ginger noodles are delicious. They cook perfectly, amazing texture and full of flavor. They have a really good sauce, similar to a ginger teriyaki, but not overpowering the delicious noodles. I’m pretty sure I over cooked the noodles and they were still perfect. These also come with a crunchy topping that takes them from good to great. This is 2.7 servings but for me it is 2 servings. Next time I plan to add some chopped veggies and some chicken. These are the perfect meal starter for nights you really don’t want to cook.

Easy and Fun to Cook Noodles

The noodles cook very quickly, but the sauce did take a little longer while waiting for it to thicken as instructed on the box. The added toppings helped to add additional flavor on top of the sauce and elevate the meal's flavor. The flavor was savory with a little bit of a spicy kick. It wasn't too spicy though.

A decent, quick meal but a little bland
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This meal kit is like an upgraded version of instant ramen. I served it with some stir fried veggies and chicken to make it a complete meal. I don't know if I did something wrong though because the sauce never thickened for me even though I returned it to the pan to cook for a few extra minutes. I did appreciate the ginger flavor here but the taste was more of salt than anything else.

This flavor itself was OK, however, my husband liked to add a little bit extra with different seasonings of his own. The price point is quite affordable and could be an easy thing to add as aside or to mix in with a protein. There are also different flavors available.

Delicious Noodles for the Whole Family
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One box has 2.5 servings, which is perfect for a family of two adults and one child. The noodles expand a bit after cooking, so the portion is quite generous. I added shrimp, snow peas, carrots, and green onions to make it a more complete meal. The included sauce mixed with an extra spoonful of soy sauce was absolutely delicious! I’d definitely consider buying this again.

The Flavor Was Good But Texture Was Iffy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made these noodles with an Asian flavored baked salmon. While my husband and I enjoyed the flavor, we couldn’t get over the texture and how it reminded us of spaghetti noodles. I feel like I wish these were more wavy like ramen. Overall, the instructions were easy to follow, and the taste was great! I loved the teriyaki flavoring of these, and the ginger was very subtle. I will purchase these again as an easy dinner instead of takeout!

Overseasoned, bitter noodles
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really did not like these noodles. There was way too much sauce for the amount of noodles. The sauce did not taste fresh and had a weird bitter flavor too, maybe from the onion? The only plus is that it was fairly quick and easy to make. The price is too high for what you get though. I definitely do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really surprised at this little box of noodles. How did so much flavor come from just a few easy steps. These sesame ginger noodles have all the Asian flare. I like that this is a one pot dish and can be made in minutes. The noodles are nice and thick. The sauce is delicious and I love the texture of the veggies including red pepper and crunchy toppings. I felt like i was eating a takeout Asian meal in a great way. I can see adding a variety of different things to these noodles including shrimp, chicken, shredded carrots or green onions to elevate it with more protein and goodness.

Simple to prepare, flavor just ok
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Intrigued by this meal in a box, I purchased both this (the Sesame Ginger Noodles) and the Coconut Curry Noodles. I found the curry absolutely delicious (and have already bought another two boxes), so I had high hopes for this one. It was perfectly fine, and delivered on how it’s advertised, but not mindblowing. If you’re a fan of this type of Asian noodle, then I’m sure you’ll like it, but I’d say it wasn’t anything special - except for the crispy bits it comes with; those are a nice touch. I’m not sure I’d go through the effort (granted, fairly minimal effort) again. Whereas I could have enjoyed the coconut curry variety straight out of the box with just the noodles and sauce you prepare, I had to doctor this one up quite a bit - added some fresh and frozen veggies and extra seasoning to make it feel at all like a complete meal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pack makes a super tasty noodle dish!! I'm a huge fan. This dish was simple to make and the instructions were easy to follow. The noodles turn out nicely al dente, and the pack makes a good amount of food. I would probably need 2 of these boxes to feed my full family of 5. My only dislike about this product is that the finished product doesn't look like the photo on the box. I enjoy vegetables in my pasta, so if this set didn't offer freeze dried ones, I wish it suggested that I add them myself on the box and in the instructions.

On their own, they were a good side dish, but you need to jazz them up a bit if you want to make it a full meal. I added some protein to mine and it was filling. I followed the package directions and felt they were a little watery after cooking but they tightened up after cooling a bit. Great flavor and loved the crunchy bits on top.

The taste is actually mild. It would be better if there was a stronger taste to the seasoning. The packet of crunchy toppings was a bit small for the entire box. The prize is pretty high for this box. I wouldn’t recommend unless you prefer mild tasting noodles or would just like to try something new.

It definitely took longer than 4-5 minutes to boil. The noodles almost look fake I was very skeptical with how they would turn out. The noodles were tasty but the sauce was incredibly salty.

Good quality noodles with great seasonings

And it turned out to be really good. I’m definitely getting it again and I’ll probably get some fresh scallions to go with it too. I would highly recommend this noodles to anyone who like quick and good noodles at home.
