Eeyuck!

I purchased these out of convenience since I was already ordering from Target. They were also on sale so I snagged two boxes. I cooked them the next morning and was disappointed with the taste. They were not good at all. I let my little ones try them and they did not care for them either. Trader Joe’s breakfast chicken sausages are a hit; I’ll stick to what we know in the future.

Quick to prep, tasty, affordable for quality

Compared to the competitor (A-gate), the price is actually reasonable and I believe it taste just as good. Right amount of sweet, spice and salt and texture is good. Yes, you can tell it's not pork but it is by no means bland, taste is slightly sweet sausage. I've been just microwaving it (<1min) but I'm sure these taste great browned in the pan. Meatballs are about 1 inch diameter and come vaccum sealed with one corner that can be easily pealed. Would make good appetizers, but I use them for a quick breakfast and the bites make for good portion control. Please, Target, keep these stocked!

Contains Sucrose and harmful to health

Nutrition info says it contains no added sugar, which is a lie because its ingredients show that it contains "maple sugar" which is the same kind of sugar, "sucrose' as table sugar, and equally dangerous to dental health, and also breaks down into fructose which your body sends directly to your liver to convert into fat. Fructose is also suspected as the cause of coronary artery and heart disease. Amuylu does make these without sucrose or fructose, but target doesn't seem to stock the healthy variety.
