What is this stuff made of?!
I have made pudding pies for a long time with graham cracker crust (especially with Keebler) and I have never seen something like this before. I made this pudding with vitamin D milk from Target and let it sit in the fridge for about 10 mins before transferring it to some Keebler mini graham cracker crusts. This is what happened NOT EVEN 24 HOURS later. I know no idea what that liquid is and there is legit MOLD on the pudding. There’s enough preservatives in that pudding and there’s no way it should do this. It tasted fine the night before then I woke up to this. I’m not sure what’s going on but this is disgusting. And yes, I made it correctly. It’s not rocket science. Do better Jello-O.

I bought this to use in a recipe for "egg-not"--an eggless recipe for eggnog. I'd never think of drinking raw eggs in this day and age, so I found a recipe that just uses milk, spices and pudding mix to thicken it. Easy and delicious! Eggnog at our fingertips all year long! I've also used this mix for a filling for cream puffs that involves heavy cream--also great!
