How to measure

  • Bust

    Measure across the fullest part of your bust, keeping tape measure level.

  • Torso

    Run tape measure from the top of your shoulder,between your legs & up again back to where you started.

  • Waist

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortably loose, level line around that point.

  • Hip

    Stand with your feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of your hips & Seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit well. Now measure along the seam from the crotch to the leg opening.

Great lightweight cable knit sweater

This sweater is lightweight and surprisingly good quality! The flag stripes are part of the sweater fabric and the stars are embroidered. It is definitely oversized, I’m 5’3”, 129 lbs and I got the XXS, but it’s not huge and sloppy. I live in the south so it will be too warm to wear for July 4th, but I’m rocking it until the hot humid weather arrives (any minute). I feel like $35 is high for a sweater from Target, but it really is good quality.

Perfect fit!

I got a medium and that is my true size. It’s the perfect amount of oversized! In fact, any smaller and I would not have purchased. I can imagine wearing with jean shorts in the summer by our campfire. I tried mine on in store before buying. I find that I need to do that with Wild Fable as they are usually inconsistent between sizes- I didn’t see reviews before purchasing. I bought the sweater in store and it was THAT good that I felt I needed to leave a review afterwards. I was not that surprised when I looked at reviews saying to size down- because as I mentioned Wild Fable is more like a “wild card” when it comes to consistent sizing. However, that was not my experience- this time, my medium was a true medium, a tad roomy-without feeling sloppy. Perfect oversized fit. If you’re between sizing, I suggest trying on in the store or ordering two sizes. This one will go quickly!
