Nearly impossible to open
I really wanted to like this bottle. It was the perfect size, stainless steel, easy to clean, useful for my purpose BUT it is impossible to open. I had to watch a YouTube video on how to open it and it should be very straightforward IF it actually worked. I am killing my thumbs to try to open it without spilling all the contents everywhere and it is still nearly impossible to open. I end up giving up and unscrewing the lid. I get that you want it to be spill-proof and leak-proof but this is ridiculous. Do I have a defective lid?

I like everything about this, how it keeps my drink cold, easy to hand wash. Just the problem is you will probably get a few clumps here and there. You have to close the lid really tight or there will probably be a drop leaking out when you try to drink it.
