The only floss that I’ve been using for many years.

This is the best dental floss I've ever used. It's much gentler than anything else. It's thicker and doesn't cut into the gums. Also, you hold the floss more loosely than regular floss, so that it can fluff up and pick up more particles, and this lets you clean between your teeth effectively without scraping so much. My gum health has noticeably improved since I switched to this dental floss. I also suggest looking up the "C shape" flossing method on YouTube. I used to press dental floss more against my gums than the sides of my teeth, and I think that contributed to having gum inflammation. There are a few things I feel could be improved on: -More information about what this floss is made of. -Less plastic involved in the container & packaging. -I go through each container surprisingly quickly, so I wish they had a larger size to reduce waste (and possibly expense). Nevertheless, it's still the best, and I'm going to keep using it for the foreseeable future. I'm also interested in trying Cocofloss, which I've heard is also very gentle. Swanson, if you carry it, I will buy it.

Does the job without catching on your teeth. Simple elegant design…I'm sold. Love cardamon,

Floss is on the thicker side. It shreds easily. Shreds get stuck in between teeth & hard to get out.

This is the best floss I have found so far to remove food between one's teeth. It seems to grab the food better than other flosses. I wish there was more than 30 yards per container.

This is great floss! I was looking for a new floss to replace Listerine Gum Care and this is now my new floss! It is soft like gum care and comfortable on my gums.

I have been using this floss for a while. It’s the best!!! Doesn’t dig into the gums but goes deep and wide and is very effective for removing food particles and plaque.

I try other products but keep coming back to this floss. I like that it's natural, has beeswax and a nice taste. It's not thin so I don't worry about cutting my gums. Works well for me.

Cardamom is a favorite of mine. I love this floss!

Fits in tight spaces or conforms to larger ones. Tough and never seems to break as some others tend to. Convenient and recyclable container rolls shut for travel.

This is now my favorite floss. It is the most comfortable, easy to use floss, and cleans very well.

This is my favorite floss. It seems to clean better because it is squishy. It expands and contracts based on the space it is in. I would recommend trying this. The flavor is nice. It is easier to hold on to and doesn't hurt when I wind it around my fingers. As a result, I use less floss.

This floss was too thick for my tight teeth. It expanded between my teeth when it broke and I had to use a tweezers to get it out.

I love this floss because it becomes the gauge or thickness appropriate to you teeth.....not sharp, hurting my gums, and I feel it does an excellent job. I never want to go back to the 'to thick' or 'too thin'...this is for me.

Now that's floss! Gets everything, feels like a massage on my teeth and gums. I get some stains between a few crooked teeth. This will grab the baking soda I try to rub them out with and work it between the teeth and lighten them.

While visiting my sister I started using this and now it is my favorite too. It has a subtle cardamom flavor-which I like. I will not be using others if I don't have too. I even carry it in my purse. I just had my teeth cleaned and I had a some plaque but it was nothing like I have had in the past.

This is the strangest dental floss I have ever tried ... and it is absolutely the BEST !!! Love the way it "stretches" between teeth and really deep cleans. It also fits nicely between tight spaces and taste good too. I will definitely purchase this every time I place an order with Swanson.

When I first started using this floss, it was hard to get it between some of my teeth. With continued use, it has become easier to use. My conclusion is that it is cleaning off the plaque from my teeth that other kinds of floss were not touching. I'm very pleased with Smart Floss.

This floss is a little 'springy'--and has a nice feeling between the teeth--really feels like it does an effective job. It has a subtle cardamom flavor--how cool is that! The packaging is very convenient and even a little fun to use, but I wish it wasn't plastic. I had been using ecodent floss for years (a completely different type of floss) which has an awesome cardboard package--but this floss works much better for me so I've made the switch.

I've tried so many and this is by far my favorite. I order extras and keep on hand.
