Not Mad just disappointed
Sound mostly comes fron 1 ear and lacks sound depth. Battery DONT last 70 hours .....maybe 70mins. This will be my wrost purchase of the year

Great Upgrade to the HD 4.5
I bought this set of headphones almost a month ago and absolutely love them. I had the HD 4.5 wireless headset that lasted me for 5 years before they finally fully broke. And needed an update. And these work fantastically as such. The only difference is that they don't have a side button that let's you scroll up and down between songs which the 4.5 had. But other than that love it!

Regrettable purchase, never again
Regret this purchase. Software experience is atrocious. Replacement ear pads are seemingly impossible to come by in the US and the EU. I had an pxc 550 before, and these are my last Sennheiser ever.

You are only paying Sennheiser’s reputation
I purchased these headphones based on the brand’s strong reputation, but I’m thoroughly disappointed. The noise cancellation feature is practically non-existent—you can still hear outside noise clearly, which defeats the purpose. The wind noise reduction is equally underwhelming and falls far short of expectations. While the build quality is decent, overall, this product is not worth the investment

Great bass great sound but...
Very good headphones the bass is rich and the noise cancelling is on point however I'm having a weird issue occasionally with the battery where I fully charged it in the morning, walk 10 mins to the bus stop, then it says 5% remaining

10 hours battery life
Have no idea how do they get 50 hours of battery life as mine keep less than 10 hours at 80% volume, do not recommend to anyone. Total crap product

Very comfortable with good sound but too quiet.
Really comfortable with good level of bass and trebble. Able to adjust the sound through the app which allows you to get the sound tailor made. Noise cancelling is very good and great on long haul flights. Now for the downside and as others have said, these are just a bit too quiet on maximum level which is a real shame. Also, when adjusting the level, when you reach max the feedback voice is way too quiet, this too could do with being louder too.

Fab sound and comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones have been a joy to use. I have been looking at getting some over ear headphones (due to various ear piercings making in-ear headphones uncomfortable and difficult to use) to wear at work when I’m in the office. The sound is wonderfully balanced and the noise cancelling works very well, working in an open plan office, I almost forget I’m there as I’m unable to hear any surrounding noise. The touch controls are useful and responsive. The headphones are very easy to use and connect easily to any chosen device. What would make the headphones excellent would be if they folded down smaller or had a case to keep them in when not being used, I’m always concerned I could possibly break them when I’m in my bag. Overall, they are great headphones and provide a brilliant sound experience and are comfortable to use for long periods of time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly these fit really well we’ve tried them on both adults and children and they’re really comfortable. They sit well without falling off. The sound quality is fantastic which I thought would lack with them being wireless! But the sound is crisp and clear. I feel like you can hear the differing music notes really well even when there’s singing over it. The headphones also cancel out outside noise extremely well allowing you to focus on what you’re listening to.

The sound quality is fantastic and the noise reduction is amazing (tested it when hubby was home to see if it would drown the noise of the kids (13, 12 & 7m) )

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone with sensory issues, finding a good pair of headphones to shut out the world when things get overwhelming has been difficult. Now I have found them. They block out as much as I want them to, they are comfortable and lightweight, and the sound quality is excellent. Plus it has an app!! What more do you need?! I’m so very happy with these, I would recommend them to anyone.
