Perfect taste, texture and spice!!!

I got sooo happy when I saw this candy in Target! They’re my guilty pleasure. 🤤 The taste and texture are a 10/10 for me. I’m not usually a spicy candy person but the packaging caught my eye. Took one bite and felt like my mouth was on a roller coaster ride and i couldn’t put the bag down. This is the perfect candy for movie night or when you have friends over for a party. I’ll be back for more!

Hands down BEST chili candy ive ever had

I bought these for the first time last February at Target, and I’ve been waiting for them to come back for the longest time!! I had to buy 8 bags from my store😂 they are the closest thing to authentic chili candy and are perfectly balanced. Fingers can get sticky at times, but that’s the best part of eating chili candy 👌

I don’t usually write reviews. This is actually my first one, despite being an almost daily shopper at Target for years, lol. I friggin love these things~ I’ll be honest, the first bag that I got was -way- too chewy.. I felt like I had to chew each one for 10 minutes, but they were so tasty that I decided to give them another shot and get another bag. I’m glad I did, because the next bag was much softer! They’re still chewy, but not actively chewing for 5 minutes each, chewy. When you first put one in your mouth, they have a slightly salty chili flavor with just a little bit of heat. As you chew through them, the salt and heat dissipate and they turn into sweet, chewy yumminess. They won’t be everyone’s cup of tea, my fiancée hates them, but they’re probably my new favorite candy. If you’re a fan of the whole chamoy/chili lime on fruity candy combo, definitely give these a try.

So good!!!

Unfortunately, I came upon these by chance and finished the whole bag in one sitting because they were so good... and then bought 8x more bags right after! And then I took a picture to share with my Mexican candy loving family! The flavor is just right and not too sweet. The chewiness is just the right texture. It checks all my boxes in what I like in my candy. Honestly, probably the best Mexican Candy I've had in my adult life!

Kinda bland

If you are expecting a true sweet, sour, and spicy flavor, you will be disappointed. These are chili-forward with a nice initial hit of spice, but the strawberry flavor is virtually non-existent while you're eating it. You only get a faint strawberry aftertaste once you’ve completely swallowed the candy. The texture is like a dense, flat Dot candy—definitely use caution if you have any loose dental work. Lol They were fun to try but I wouldn't buy them again.
