LACKS the ability to select a wide range of TEMPs

Great size, But VERY bad oversight on temperature control. Lacks the ability to select temperatures between 200 and 300F for defrosting or slow cooking. This machine is very annoying in air fry mode it only works between 350-400F, in "bake" mode it works between 300F and above, and in "dry" mode it works from 100F to 200F, but you have to poke around to find the range that suits you and then its MISSING a group of temperatures - give me a break - just let me set TEMP and TIME without a lot of extra steps and missing features !
