Q: My kid is 18M, but the size of a 2+, can he take this?

  • A: Hi there, since your child is under the age of 2 we advise to speak to your pediatrician to see if they are comfortable recommending it. With that being said, it is made with natural ingredients and only .5mg melatonin, which is a very low dose.

Will not purchase again

Waste of money does nothing even if I give two doses which means it’s 1mg of melatonin there’s no affect wanted to try this as it had other great ingredients but honestly even after 1 hour my toddler is still Jumping around when usually it’s affective within 15 mins

Sleep drops are excellent

Hi everyone! My son is usually very active at bedtime, and we struggled a lot with sleep hygiene. Now, with Equo, we use the drops and there are no problems. They're great, I highly recommend them. We only use 4 drops, which is enough for him. My son is 5 years old.

The child did not like the taste and method of using the pipette. So we switched to another product, and this one is just sitting in the cupboard. I have no way to assess the quality, because I drank very little of it.

I really liked it

The effect was noticeable from the first use. The kids slept through the night, not waking up to drink water 100,500 times as usual. Their sleep is definitely deeper. Falling asleep became better and faster, not right away, but after about a week of use. The better the kids sleep at night, the calmer they are during the day. I definitely recommend it and will be taking it again myself.
