Christopher Knight Outdoor Bistro Set

Hello, My wife and I purchased a Christopher Knight bistro set from your website in July 2025 after completing a backyard patio renovation here in Central Texas. We were excited to find a set that matched our space perfectly, and upon delivery, we were very pleased. Assembly was straightforward, and the set was both comfortable and visually appealing—exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, after only about seven months of normal outdoor use, the set has shown significant signs of deterioration. The finish has faded noticeably and become dull, and one of the wooden tabletop boards has begun to warp. Given the relatively short timeframe and typical use conditions, this level of wear is very disappointing. We expected this set to last for several years, not just a few months. Based on this experience, the product does not appear to meet reasonable durability expectations for outdoor furniture. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Please let me know what options are available, whether that be a replacement, repair, or refund. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your response.
