Garvee Full Bed Frame, Platform Bed With Storage Bookcase Headboard,Sliding Barn Door, No Box Spring Needed(Walnut+White)

I've only had this bed for 4 days and it's already broken. I felt it was very fragile when I was assembling it. I want to return it, but I didn't keep the box. I hope the seller can help me and give me a refund.

Bed arrived damaged in several areas which the extent wasn't fully known until bed was nearly put together. I called Target to see about discount or what can be done and they were very unhelpful and offered no options than me having to dismantle bed, package it up again or return it to store, and order new bed which I would have to assemble again, which was very involved and time consuming. The bed looks great other than the damage and cracks so may not be the best of quality. I'm more disappointed with Target and lack of customer service to offer an viable option or discount on what I was sent.

It's ok. I will say that when I put screws in, the paint chipped off and some of the "wood" broke off around the screw holes. Not super sturdy. The pieces are a little flimsy, especially the plastic connectors for the slats. The "wood" parts feel overly light. I am afraid if she leans against those sliding doors too hard they will break. Directions could have been clearer. The slats don't seem particularly strong or arranged close enough together for this bed to be really sturdy and strong. One person ok, I wouldn't try to sleep 2 on it. The sliding doors are problematic, one slides fine, the other sticks pretty badly, I believe the rail it slides on may be slightly bent. The outlet is held in place by 2 small screws that I am POSITIVE is going to break loose by plugging in anything that fits tightly. The wood top is nice quality. The mid-rail is strong and has lots of extra feet for support. I don't think you would be able to move this bed assembled safely. You would not be able to use a bedskirt with this bed if you like that kind of thing. I was able to assemble it myself with the help of some bricks to hold things in about 6 to 8 hours. My daughter LOVES the design and is very happy with it. I wish it were better quality.
