Nature's Blend 1683 Calcium Oyster Shell 500 mg (Each)

Many, many years ago, I was taking oyster shell calcium, whiich I bought at Costco, but they no longer stock the product. I have had trouble for many years to get my fingernails healthy. They split and I can peel the top layer back a ways. Very frustrating! So, I did a search for Oyster Shell Calcium and found that Swanson's carried one and I wanted to try it. Previously, for the 1st time in years, I found another brand, but each capsule was enclosed in plastic and a backing that you had a hard time removing. I had to cut the packaging to remove the pill. Swanson's Oyster Shell Calcium come in a jar, and that makes it easy to access. In about another 2 months I will see the true results and I am confident that my nails will not split or peel.
