Not durable enough
Too slippery, not enough grip areas. Too thin around charge port in particular, so the plastic of the case breaks easily and chips away over time. I've had three or four break along the bottom. OtterBox doesn't even have a Defender for this phone. Also, fell on edge and my screen ended up damaged. So, if you want a cover that saves your actual phone body from possible scratches, this is it... As that's all the Commuter is good for.. Not actual durability.

Slim but durable
Commuters have been around for nearly 15 years and have protected many phone models ive owned. I love the changes theyve made over thr years with the rubber pads on the back onstead of a large smooth plastic backing. Only suggestion is slightly softer buttons for screen shots and quick settings

It just works
This is my third commuter. The case does break once in awhile hence my third one, but your phone does not, at least not mine. I think this case is good balance between ruggedness and usefulness. My first Otterbox was the Defender I think it is called and that case was just way to bulky for me. The Commuter fits everywhere I need it to go. It is large enough to give you a decent purchase on your phone and enough "grippiness" to hang on to it. All good overall. Thanks for your support of the Military!

It's not bad but not for long term
I bought this when the phone was released. It has lasted a few months. It does hoard pocket dust but most cases do. It protects the phone pretty good. The biggest issue is the rubber (not shrinkage silicone) near the corners (mainly between the camera protrusion and screen) stretches and is very loose. When new It was so tight that it would push any screen protector edges up and make them junk. So basically it's good after broken in until it becomes to loose lol. Unfortunately many other manufacturers can do that at a cheaper price.

Good purchase
i bought this for my Galaxy s20 ultra and I'm very satisfied with the coverage. The only thing I don't like is the thing on the charging port. It's a little uncomfortable when you're trying to put the cable.

This seems to be a good cover
the only restore I'm mixed on is the charger port cover. I'm not big on having to open the cover to charge but I appreciate that the charge port is protected.

Love My Commuter Case
First, I've used Otterbox cases on my phones and I have loved them all. I love the color. I wanted a different color other than black so I went with the mint green. I love that it's a two piece and easy to clean. The only thing I didn't expect was how slick the outer shell is. But overall I love this case and I am happy with it.

I bought this commuter case about 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier I've tried many phone cases in the past and was not happy at all the way it felt at times in my hand they felt oily and that the phone could slip right out of my hands at any moment. I would highly recommend otterbox to family and friends!!
