Item is fine but customer support is terrible. I received the chairs with missing pieces in March of 2025 and at the time of this review in July 2025 I still have not received my refund or my missing pieces. Since they are not sold by Target, Target said they couldn’t help.

They only been set up for 24 hours so not ire about the longevity yet, but they look very nice and feel extremely sturdy. The cushions are pretty thin, I’m hoping to find some padding to stuff it with. And it definitely doesn’t take just 15 minutes to assemble like the instructions say. With just me (someone who frequently puts together furniture), it took me 90 minutes to do the first one and 40 minutes to do the second. Which is fine, but the instructions saying only 15 minutes is far off!

We have had these chairs for one day, so this review is primarily initial impressions and assembly. I love HDPE patio furniture. We have had some HDPE Adirondack chairs from a different brand sitting out in the elements for five years, and they look as good as the day we bought them. We also have a Polywood HDPE chair and sofa set that I love. We spent a fortune on all of that, so when I saw these chairs at such an incredible price, I was excited to try this brand. I’m not sure if it’s even fair to compare this set to Polywood because the price point is so different, but I will anyway. Assembling these chairs was much more time consuming compared to my Polywood furniture. I’m not great at assembling furniture, but this set took me a long time, and came with a lot of pieces, relatively speaking. Nothing was physically challenging or required particular skill, but there were several steps where the instructions were unclear as to how a piece should be oriented, and I had to take things apart and turn pieces around later on. The tool that came with it wore out halfway through assembly, and I had to use a tool from our garage instead. After assembly was complete, all the bolts appear to be sticking out too far on the front arm rest. No big deal, but presumably that means I did something wrong, and I have no idea what. They feel very sturdy. I noticed that the HDPE of these chairs is softer than my other furniture. The surface scratched visibly when I was using the tools in assembly, and even my fingernails can leave marks. They are the same color all the way through, so marks aren’t especially noticeable, but I’m not counting on them to stay looking as nice as my other outdoor furniture, which looks and feels indestructible. The cushions of this brand were much thinner than the Polywood cushions. I still found the chairs comfortable enough, but if you want a very plush, living room-type feel, these cushions aren’t that. Overall, these seem like an excellent value, and I will definitely order a couple more for beside my pool. If money is no object, choose a different brand. For the rest of us, this comes pretty close, and seems well worth the money. The photos show the product, a Polywood chair for comparison, and the bolt that sticks out too far.
