ZAGG Crystal Palace Series Hard Case for Samsung Galaxy A71 5G - Clear

Does not fit Samsung Galaxy A71 5G model SM-A716U USA version. There's different versions of the Galaxy A71 5G model phone, and the vendor did not specify which version of the phone this case is for. Since it is likely an international/Europe version, or perhaps only works with certain carriers but not all, it did technically fit my phone but the buttons were not placed correctly and did not line up. As a result, my power button got pressed every single time the case was put on or taken off, resulting in several shutdowns in the span of 10 minutes. Since the case is unusable, and the warranty offered did not work (you need to register your product and request a warranty replacement, but this is an older model so the case is not kept in stock), I am simply stuck with an unusable case. In the future, the store/vendor should specify which Galaxy model the cases are meant for. The case was good quality if not for this issue.
