I purchased a headset online from Target for my child’s school, but when I tried to return it (within 30 days of receiving it), I was told it couldn’t be returned because it was processed through a third party, even though I bought it on the target website. When I went to the store, I was just given a phone number, and the person on the phone also wasn’t able to help me. I’ve shopped at Target many times and never had this kind of issue before. The lack of support and inability to process a simple return is disappointing. This experience makes me think twice about ordering online through Target again. I Will definitely shop through Amazon instead.
