Arrived broken

One of the lamps arrived broken - the lamp socket has to be screwed in and the inside of the base was broken. Lamp bases (black) seem fragile but I like the look and texture. Lamp shade looks cheap (faintly shiny white) and does not have a harp (connects at the base). Overall, I like the lamps and wanted to replace the broken one. No option to replace and price jumped around $100 which is a terrible value for what you get - originally paid around $145 and I think that is a little steep for the quality. Will repurchase elsewhere, though, as I’m having a hard time finding something similar and similar height in my price range. Will reuse shades I already own and purchase a harp adapter kit. A lot of work/added expense for a lamp that arrived broken…
