A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about the H2O Audio TRI 2 Multisport Waterproof Bone Conduction Open Ear Headphones, Bluetooth 5., MP3 Mode for Swimming, 8GB Memory, 8.5-Hour Battery On the H2O Audio TRI 2 (and the TRI 2 PRO), the acknowledgment tones (voice prompts and beeps) are not adjustable in terms of volume, nor can they be disabled completely through the hardware buttons.
