    Love the rug, hated the delivery

    I love this rug but I hate the way it was delivered. It was folded up weird and wasn’t rolled up like a rug should be. Now I have to deal with getting all these creases out

    Very disappointed in the rug. Can not get it to lay flat. II'll give it a little more time to relax from packaging but I don't think it will lay flat. It's a real hazard the way it's curled up. Very poor quaility.

    Rugs are Stretched

    The rugs are folded. It does take a while for the folds to flatten out. The main problem is the rug is stretched. It’s where the rug was folded over & shrink wrapped. I like this rug but the stretched area is like a bubble underneath it that will not smooth out. It’s not a fold. They really need to find a better way to ship these rugs.

    Beautiful Rug

    I purchased this on Wednesday and by Friday I had my rug! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures. Because it was shipped folded, I’m allowing it to settle a bit before place my dining room table on it.. Colors blend perfectly! I will definitely recommend rugs.com!!!

    I bought this rug about a month ago. Great fair price!! The rug was shipped super fast, I got in a few days even faster then they originally quoted me on shipping. The rug is a advertised and beautiful. It unrolled and honestly was super easy for it to lay flat with no curling. I also bought the runner as well and I love it too.

    Very happy with this rug! It is beautiful and very, very soft. Looks fantastic in my living room with the walls freshly painted a light gray. It's not crazy thick but neither was my last one. What a bargain at $189.

    I got this rug for my dining room. I wasn’t sure I would like it because we have previously bought very expensive Turkish and Persian rugs while my husband traveled overseas. But I’ve been pleasantly surprised! The rug’s creases went away quickly from shipping, didn’t shed much, and is a nice weight. We did use a pad underneath and it’s very soft.
