Very disappointed in the rug. Can not get it to lay flat. II'll give it a little more time to relax from packaging but I don't think it will lay flat. It's a real hazard the way it's curled up. Very poor quaility.

It’s exactly what I wanted
I’ve been looking for a rug since we put down new floors. This is exactly what the picture shows. Delivery took about a week, it was packaged well in thick plastic, and I was able to put it in my car because they folded it in a way where I didn’t have to use a truck for the 9 x 12 size. There was no snags, discoloration or smell. It’s soft and the colors are spot on what I was looking for. It took about two weeks for it to relax so the ends didn’t stay rolled up. Extremely satisfied!

Great rug
I love this rug. The quality is great and the price couldnt be beat. I got 11 by 13 for 250. It came fast. The first one I got was the wrong size and returning it was so simple. Will definitly order from here again.
