Cute but not worhout issues

One of the chairs received had missing screws and one chair seems to sit too far foward. The third-party company is not accepting calls at this time so you cannot get in touch with them. There is no option for Target to just send the missing parts or defective chair. I would have to re-order the entire set, take the pieces I need, and return the new set with the defective chairs back to the store. That seems to be a lot of work for an issue that is not even the customer’s fault. But that is the way this third-party vendor would like to handle all the issues. Be weary when buying third-party products.
