This is my first purchase with this online comany and it went great. Quick shiping and rug is pretty much exactly as shown on website. The navy color is VERY deep and dark though (almost looks black in certain light) so be careful if you are trying match it with other navy items. If you're room is light and bright you'll be ok but if you're room is dark it's going to look like a black rug. Other than that it's a great quality rug, I unrolled it then rolled it in reverse and kind of squeezed the roll to remove any ripples and it lays flat perfectly. I love the pattern; it goes perfectly in my zen lounge.
