  • A: Yes, the BLACK+DECKER 16-Inch Oscillating Pedestal Fan BFP16MXW has a removable front and back guard that can be separated so you can access and clean the blades; just be careful when releasing the clips to avoid damaging the plastic, and note that only the grill is designed to come apart while the motor housing should not be opened.

Don't waste your money

They sent the wrong item. I ordered white and they sent black. When the fan is on, you feel like youre being pelted by air. The noise is very loud. The fan feels super flimsy. And you can't return it after 30 days. Do not buy.
