Avoid buying furniture from companies like this unless the product has a substantial number of credible reviews. This level of craftsmanship is embarrassing. I should have stopped the moment I opened the box and found a single large bag containing hundreds of mixed, unlabeled screws. Nothing was separated by size or type, so before assembly even begins, you’re forced to waste time sorting every piece yourself. That alone tells you a lot about the company’s priorities. If a business is cutting corners on something that basic, it suggests they are more focused on squeezing margin out of unsuspecting buyers than delivering a product that can be assembled without frustration. I told myself I’d dealt with worse and could push through it. I was wrong. The very first connection point was impossible to assemble. When I inspected it more closely, I realized the holes burned into the fake rattan do not line up with the actual screw holes underneath. It is not a minor mismatch—it is significantly off, as shown in the photo. In other words, the product cannot be assembled as manufactured. This is not just inconvenient; it is defective.
