Q: It is not physically possible to attach the seat cushion to the frame with the current hole placement. Has anyone found a work around? Did you drill new holes?

Missing a set of hardware.

Pretty chairs. I only received one set of hardware and Target does not provide a way to contact the seller for the other set of hardware - only a complete return. I want to keep the chairs. I just need the set of bolts and washers to assemble the second chair.
