I haven’t noticed a spike in my energy levels or trouble sleeping, but I think I’ve noticed a positive difference in my mood and ability to focus! Very neutral taste, if any taste at all so you can add to anything - but I usually use water. Nice packaging, but I do find it difficult to get the proper dosage into the dropper in one go. If you’re looking for an herbal supplement for mood, I’d recommend giving it a try.

I guess I could say that my energy levels have been fairly consistent if anything. The flavor is not bad and I would consider it to be fairly sweet and mild. The packaging is easy to dispense the supplement from and in sturdy in a dark bottle. I would not purchase this again for myself but I can see how it would be worth it for others.

I bought my Rhodiola Rosea extract more than a month ago. I am very satisfied and excited about the good results I have obtained in my mental performance for work and studies. I feel my mind is clearer, my well-being and creativity are better. I’ve already noticed that I am more alert during daily meetings. I don’t feel the need to grab caffeine mid-day anymore. It’s very easy to take, and does not have a super strong taste so you can take with water. I love that it’s all natural so I don’t have to worry about it causing any interactions or upset stomach.

Recently I Bought Rhodiola Rosea & tried it for the first time & wasn't sure what to expect but I must say I have been pleasantly surprised. First, the taste is quite palatable, but the dropper was a little difficult to measure out the exact amount at. I read it was good for focus & it seems to be helping thus far. It has potential to benefit me further with longer use. Overall I'd say it's a good product so I plan to continue use to reach maximum rewards.

I do really like this product is easy to take since can be added to any drink and is flavoreless. I can say that I have notice that my sleep is better now, I can fell a sleep fast and that's a game changing for me since I was having a lot of problems to fell a sleep fast. I would definitely continue purchasing this and would recommend it to a friend.

I received this not to long ago to try it. I will say I am very impressed with this product. It definitely helped my focus and endurance. It helped me focus in to clean my entire apartment a few times! It also made my mind feel clear instead of foggy as some products tend to do for me. Overall, I definitely recommend this!
