Q: Is there anything that can be done to allow a thicket mattress than the recommended 6”-8” thickness? Will it not close if it’s thicker?

  • A: Hello, it is not recommended to use a mattress larger than 8 inches. Doing so would exceed the height of the guardrail by half and would also affect the closure of the mattress.😊😊😊

Parts came in mislabeled compared to the instructions and made set up extremely difficult. Spent a long time on hold with target trying to figure out a resolution and kept getting transferred to different departments. Still waiting on resolution and confirmation that the parts they sent duplicates of are the equivalent to the missing parts. Example: had two A5’s and A3’s but was missing D1 and D2. The instructions show the A3 and D2 connection by a middle piece, and same with A5 and D1 but there is no way to tell by the views in the picture if the parts have the same holes to confirm it’s ok to use the duplicate parts in the box instead. Not a good experience
