Hunter Fans 52" Fonthill Matte Black Lighted Ceiling Fan with 6 Blades and LED Light Kit for Ultimate Comfort and Style

Replaced an AC motor Hunter fan with this Fonthill DC motor fan. The AC motor fan had developed a slight hum that was driving my wife nuts. She is more than pleased with the silence of the DC motor in the Fonthill fan.

I had a little bit of trouble fitting the control box up inside the cover. I also think they should include a remote holder for the wall so it does not go missing. But overall everything works and looks amazing!

The color matches my bedroom furniture very well. It was a little confusing to install because the wires didn’t match the colors but we just compared the wires and that worked. The fan works wonderfully and it’s not noisy at all very quiet. I love it comes with lights. My room is way brighter now because it comes with 4 lights bulbs. They really do care with their shipping because it arrived in two different boxes that kept it nice and save. One thing I don’t like is when I turn it on with the switch it takes about a second later to turn on and when using the remote to turn the lights on it turns on very fast. Overall am very happy with my new ceiling fan it’s an amazing upgrade to our bedroom. I really, really recommend this brand and product. It’s the perfect upgrade to any room in your home.

The fan works great but the lights that come with it are not dimmable and the remote has dimmable option. The fan speed is good and there is a slight delay between the remote and the fan.

I’m very delighted with this new fan and it does what it says. The lights are brilliant and bright for a room 17’x15’.

The fan was easy to install, looks great, and is quite functional both from the multi-speed fan and dimmable light perspectives. My only gripe is w.r.t. the wall remote, which has about a 2 second delay from pressing a button to having the fan respond.

We wanted to give his room a fresh update, and choosing another Hunter fan reinforced my confidence in the brand's reputation for quality and durability. Installation wasn't easy due to the wiring. My existing setup had wall switches that each controlled both the light and the fan, but since this fan is operated via remote control, the wiring was different and more complicated. It's important to keep this in mind if your home has a similar setup. Once installed, the fan runs quietly and smoothly, and the lighting is excellent. It comes with four 4.5-watt, energy-efficient, dimmable LED bulbs. This is also our first six-blade fan, and it delivers better airflow, which is great for my son's room-the hottest in the house. Another fantastic feature is the remote control, which allows you to adjust the fan and light without having to get out of bed-especially convenient for rooms with high ceilings. Aesthetically, The whitewashed blades, detailed arms, and clear glass covers give the fan a stylish and elegant look. The only downside is that the remote is quite small and easy to misplace.

I don't like how it is not easy to install you have to put it all together and every comes separately. Overall I think its great because it has remote control with lot of different options to choose from. The nouse level is regular like any other fan.Also I like how it has lights.

Love the fan. The stupid remote sensor does not fit in the shroud. No clue why they would not make the shroud larger, it’s just hanging from the roof until I can find something that actually fits. In short, airflow is amazing, and whoever designed the shroud is garbage. Would not recommend until they redesign the shroud to fit the massive controller. Hunter if you’re listening, I would bypass the controller If you put a manual switch or pull string on the thing…

Nice looking fan, very quiet, decent price. Installed fine on a sloped ceiling. Only downside is that it wobbles at highest speed. Still working to solve that.

Installation was very easy especially with the new style electrical connectors. The fan works well and is very quiet. Most importantly this model offers great lighting. Much brighter than the more common 2 LED bulb models. The only negative might be the sudden reverse motion when the fan first starts. I thought there was something loose or wrong with the installation but the manual actually describes this motion as being normal. Once you are used to it, it is not noticeable.

I received the Bardot model, not the one listed here. However, I love it. It matches my decor perfectly. Installation was not as easy as expected but my husband and I got it done. Little to no noise when running the fan. The LED lights are very bright! PERFECT for my larger bedroom.
